Delivery Across India

We currently deliver across India, subject to courier serviceability for your PIN code.

Your Delivery Details

Please make sure your name, complete delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before placing your order.

An incorrect or incomplete address or contact information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery.

Delayed Deliveries

We aim to deliver every order within the stated timeline. Occasionally, delays can occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@houseofdurva.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photographs of the package before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@houseofdurva.com.
